The hunt quest, price changes, and new economy with npc's updates

just recently i remastered the hunt quest and made lots of npc's dialog like when you talk to an npc you will have a conversation with it, and as for the hunt quest i made it so you need to have requirements in order to past to the next step of the quest. the requirements are to have 50m or so cash and a green h'ween mask i changed thieving to maximum make cash from 10-100m in order in 5 hours or so, i made more updates and fixed some other things... come on server and find out!
